About Us
Having worked and delivered in many areas of MICE, Festivals, Celebrities Entertainment, Weddings, Filming and Designs, we are among the few in the region who can handle any Turn Key projects from Concept to Execution covering a large spectrum of operations.
We are a group of Creative and Execution Freaks who like to work on most challenging concepts and ideas. After accumulating TENS of combined years of experiences in various companies specialized in Events Management activities across the Middle East and Europe, We came together and sat under the same roof to deploy our creativity and know how in the industry.

HOW WE DO IT
Pre-Event Requisites
We don't just organize events, we create them.
- Assessment and advising on task scope and requirements in coordination with the client.
- Creation, design and development of all event's elements.
- Drafting function requirements in coordination with the client to be sent for all concerned parties.
- Third Parties selection to be contrated for specific jobs and requirements.
- Coordination and management with selected venues in-house team.
Build-up Towards Event
All we need is your satisfaction, we'll take care of the rest.
- Manage and coordinate with selected performers all technical requirements and travel arrangements.
- Manage and coordinate various suppliers and venue management the setup and buildup.
- Managing and coordinating installation of all agreed elements on site at chosen venue.
- Ensuring delivered and installed equipment specifications and quantities are in conformity with approved quotations and contracts.
- Ensuring testing and commissioning is conducted according to standards established in the Event Operational Manual.
During Event
Relax, we got it.
- Ensuring on a daily basis, prior and after event proceedings, that all venue space and equipment are in proper functioning status.
- Daily briefings with RS Events team, various contracted suppliers and other personnel on tasks to be conducted.
- Coordinating with venue management all maintenance issues on venue.
- Maintaining venue cleanliness as a prime target throughout entire event in coordination with the client in house teams.
- Providing any other assistance that would be required during event.
Post Event
OK, but what about after the event? We take care of that too.
- Managing payments and settlements to performers and contracted suppliers or any third party contracted directly by EMC.
- Managing and coordinating dismantling of venue created spaces.
- Coordinating packaging and dispatch whenever requested, of any equipment with relevant parties.
- Recording and verifying any claim damages occurring on venue premises.
